  • Start and actually stick to an exercise routine?
  • Take that dream vacation with your spouse?
  • Get that promotion you've been waiting for?

It's so easy to forget how deeply and completely our food can effect our health. And when you do not feel your best, the world around you suffers- your relationships, your work, your self-confidence. It's time to make REAL FOOD a priority.

My 30 Day Real Food Challenge is a comprehensive program that gives you practical tools to successfully cut out processed foods for 30 days, and REALLY start to change your health and your life for the long run.

  • Prep Week: Learn the Rules of the Program, set your goals, and download the Meal Plan to get ready for your new dietary protocol! The prep week includes everything you need to be 100% prepared for the 30 Day Challenge. You will choose from 3 levels, each of which eliminates a particular food group that could be contributing to your inflammation.

Level 1 eliminates sugar, gluten and processed foods.

Level 2 also eliminates grains.

Level 3 eliminates dairy in addition to everything on the levels below.

  • Educational and Practical Videos:
    • Each week includes an educational lecture that covers a Foundation of Nutrition: this is where you learn fundamental nutrition knowledge that will help you learn how to make healthy choices for a lifetime.
    • Each module also includes additional lectures in the form of practical tips (How To Make Healthy Eating More Affordable) or more in-depth knowledge (Do I Have Adrenal Fatigue?).
    • And finally, every week includes a video from Chef Stephanie, to help you hone your kitchen skills!
  • 30 Day Meal Plan:
    • A full month's menu, including breakfast, lunch and dinner! Grocery list for each week, very specific meal prep instructions, and then recipes for each day. All recipes are Level 3: Sugar-free, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free.
  • Weekly Group Coaching Calls:
    • Accountability is the key to success on this program!
    • Each week, join me and other students enrolled in the program as we set small weekly goals, discuss obstacles/roadblocks, and cheer each other on!

"I was surprised with how quickly my body and palate adjusted to the change. By the end of the program, I felt great and had little to no cravings for sugary foods. The support, education and structure that Jennifer provided was perfect for not only a successful detox, but also for a smooth transition to maintaining a healthy lifestyle."

"The content has been great and I like the format. You provide a lot of useful tips and do so in a concise way. The kitchen tips are also great- definitely learned I was chopping some vegetables in a very inefficient way, haha. The Meal Plan has been great too. I can’t believe how much info you provided! My favorite part is the weekly shopping list. It truly is a time saver and is great for organizing it all. I have noticed already that I am sleeping much better and feeling better rested overall."

"With all of the confusing and misleading nutritional information available, I found Jennifer’s topics and guidance to be concise, helpful, and educational. I realized I was not eating as healthily as I could be and learned how to fuel my body with tasty, nutritious. food.

I found this way of eating increased my energy, focus, and overall well-being. I no longer had cravings for treats and did not need an afternoon cup of coffee or snacks

After completing Jennifer’s program, I have continued to make mindful dietary choices and I have even dropped a pant size!

Thank you Jennifer!"

Course Curriculum

Frequently Asked Questions

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund. You must provide a completed 30 day food journal to prove that you followed the guidelines of the dietary protocol.
I want to enroll, but I've got a vacation coming up in 2 weeks - right in the middle of the 30 day plan! (or a wedding, or a big birthday party, etc)
Guess what!! You have LIFETIME ACCESS to this course! Which means that you can start your 30 Day Challenge whenever is the best time for you. If you enroll now, you will have time to work through the Prep Week lessons, know exactly what you need to do to get ready, and then you can figure out the best start date for your 30 days. And with lifetime access, that means you can repeat the Challenge any time you want! I highly recommend doing a 30 Day Challenge 3-4 times a year, as a way to hit the reset button and reconnect with your body and your food. That being said....there will ALWAYS be an event. I totally get it if you don't want to start the 30 Day Challenge right before traveling to Paris for 2 weeks (I mean, you kinda have to at least TRY a fresh baguette, right?). But if you are putting off this challenge because your boyfriend's second cousin is getting married-- remember, life does not stop so you can get your diet figured out. You've got to learn how to navigate social situations if you are going to make lasting changes.
Do I have to follow the meal plan?
Nope! I mean, you absolutely CAN if you want. It IS a full 30 days of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Every single meal for 30 days straight is laid out for you. But you definitely do not have to. The main idea for the program is that you pick which level you are going to do, and eliminate all the foods on that level. So as long as you are doing that, you can make your own recipes, you can go out to a restaurant, you can double up on recipes that you love, and skip the ones you don't. Make this work for you, so you never feel deprived.
Eating this way requires so much time and effort to meal prep! I don't think I can dedicate 2 hours to meal prep every week.
True, eating REAL food does require a bit more time and effort than processed convenience foods. And if you currently rely heavily on those processed convenience foods because you work 60+ hours a week for example, then the learning curve may be steep. YOUR HEALTH IS WORTH IT. When you first start out, meal prep may take a few hours, but just like anything else, practice makes you better at it. You will get better at chopping vegetables, you will become familiar with the recipes, you will get into the groove of meal prep, all of which will make you more efficient at it. Practice this skill, and it will serve you for a lifetime.
I know what I should be eating...MY problem is that I can't STICK TO THE PLAN- I need an accountability partner! How much support will I have?
This is the quite possibly the MOST important part of this program! For 6 weeks, you will be joining me and your fellow students on weekly accountability calls. Each week we will discuss your goals, and make sure you are seeing progress. Secondly, are the daily motivational videos. I created short little pep talks for you to watch every single day of the program. Finally, you definitely need to join the Facebook Group. This is a really cool group of people who have been in your shoes- they know what it feels like to be where you are. Lean on that community when you need help.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! You can pay in full or enroll in a 3 month payment plan.
Who is Chef Stephanie??
A total bad-ass professional chef in Dallas who just happens to be my sister! You may have noticed in the program overview that each module has a video recipe by Chef Stephanie. She will be teaching you some kitchen skills that will get you comfortable in the kitchen in no time.
I'm vegetarian/vegan. Is this the right program for me?
To be totally honest, probably not. Yes, you can eliminate all of the foods on all 3 levels of this program while maintaining your vegetarianism. And I do personally think EVERYONE needs to eliminate sugar, which this program will help you do. However, the recipes in the 30 Day Meal Plan all contain animal products. Which, in my professional opinion, are an important part of a healthy and well-balanced whole foods diet.
